The Canadian Centre for AI in Real Estate (CCAIRE) is a Canadian not-for-profit educational initiative focused on the responsible use of artificial intelligence in real estate.
We believe technology should strengthen—not replace—professional judgment, client care, privacy, ethical decision-making, and human accountability.
CCAIRE brings together real estate education, adult learning, responsible AI, cyber safety, and professional practice. Our goal is to help the sector move from informal experimentation to practical, teachable, and trustworthy technology use.
